Our prosthetists have received professional accreditation from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC) and are members of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP) national and Texas chapters.
Ted Muilenburg, CP, LP, FAAOP
Ted Muilenburg, CP, LP, FAAOP, is the president of Muilenburg Prosthetics Inc. He has 35 years of experience in the fabrication, design, and fitting of all kinds of prostheses. Ted received his certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University. He became certified in prosthetics by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics, Orthotics & Pedorthics in 1979; he became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (FAAOP) in 2004. Ted lectures in the therapy programs at Texas Woman's University and the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is a former president of the Texas Chapter of the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists. Ted is certified to fit all myoelectric, ankle and knee components.

Earl Fogler, CP, LP
Earl Fogler, CP, LP, has 52 combined years of experience at Muilenburg Prosthetics, Inc. – as an employee since 1974, and as a patient! Earl attended Southwestern University and received his prosthetics training at Northwestern University and UCLA. He has been active in the Texas Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists serving in several officer positions and is also a lecturer at Kingwood Community College’s occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program and Tomball Community College’s OTA program. Earl’s specialty is upper extremity power systems but he is also Rheo Knee® certified. Earl, a lifelong resident of Houston, resides with his wife, Anne. They have two sons and numerous grandchildren. Earl enjoys photography and antiques.

Andre Martinez, CP, LP
Andre Martinez, CP, LP, has 16 years of experience in prosthetics. He worked as a technician at Muilenburg Prosthetics, Inc. while completing his bachelor of science in psychology at the University of Houston. He then attended Northwestern University in Chicago for his training in prosthetics. Andre specializes in fitting and fabricating partial feet, hemipelvectomy, and hip disarticulation prostheses. Andre resides in Houston with his wife, Martha, and their two young sons.

Stan Vydrzal, CP, LP
Stan Vydrzal, CP, LP, completed his prosthetic residency at Muilenburg Prosthetics, Inc. and became a certified prosthetist in August 2007. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor of science in biology. He received his prosthetic training at California State University in Aliso Viejo, California. For the past 11 years, he has lived in League City with his wife, Gloria. They have two sons, Seth and Connor.

Sonny Wiggins, CP, LP
Sonny Wiggins, CP, LP, started his career at Muilenburg Prosthetics, Inc. in 2006. Growing up, Sonny had two subjects he found fascinating: biology and building things. He combined those into a career as a prosthetist. After earning a degree in biology from Texas A&M University, Sonny started at Muilenburg as a volunteer. About a week later, he began training as a full-time prosthetics technician. Sonny studied prosthetics at Northwestern University and is a board certified, licensed prosthetist. He is I-Limb, Dynamic Arm, MyoBock, Rheo Knee, and Proprio Foot certified. Sonny was raised on a ranch in Goliad and now resides in Houston with his wife Jennifer.
